It's absolutely impossible to find out which package you need to buy, in order to get access to the content you prefer. Tried it a year ago, and deleted it after an hour. Tried it today, and deleted it after 5 minutes. A completely useless app, based on a flawed business model. Oh, and the next weeks I'll have to deal with numerous calls by aggressive True sales reps, trying to convince me to resubscribe. That will be fun! Tip: stay away from this app, if you prefer a good mood.

A recent update came with a new logo and layout. Now they can show even more ads when all I want to do is manage my SIM cards and broadband accounts. On that point: The update kicked me out of the app. I had to log in again with my "main" number. Once I did that all my other SIM and fiber accounts were missing from the account list! They are all in my name and ID number so should all be there. Now I can't pay my true fiber bills. Epic fail. This reworked app sucks.

This app is beyond annoying. Ads are everywhere—way too many! It’s impossible to enjoy a movie or cartoon without constant interruptions. Even if you pay for the premium package, ads still show up. What’s the point of paying for no ads if there are still ads? The playback is even worse. I pause a video, come back, and bam—more ads. Sometimes it doesn’t even resume properly, it just starts over from the beginning. It’s so frustrating, I don’t even want to use it anymore!
