BVoice converts speech to Vietnamese text and creates meeting minutes directly on your phone.

FAST TRANSCRIPT
• Tap to record and speak, or record first and transcribe later.

• Receive transcripts with timestamps for each segment, making it easy to review what you need to hear.

• Copy or share transcripts to Zalo, email, or notes with just one touch.

• Includes a filter that automatically generates sentences when the recording is too noisy, preventing the insertion of unwanted speech.

MEETING MINUTES

• Record the entire meeting, with transcripts appearing gradually as people continue speaking.

• Review the entire minutes chronologically after the meeting is over.

• The original recording is kept on your device, allowing you to recreate the minutes anytime without having to hold another meeting.

• Title each session for quick retrieval.

SPEAKER SEPARATION
• Know who said which sentence instead of a long block of text with unclear speaker information.

• Assign names to each speaker: "Ms. Lan," "Mr. Son," etc. The name will appear throughout the minutes.

• View the speaking time of each speaker during the meeting.

CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE MICROPHONE
• Use the device's microphone, wired headset, Bluetooth headset, or USB microphone.

• Adjust microphone sensitivity: leave it on automatic, keep it constant, or increase it by 6/12/18 dB when the meeting room is large and speakers are far away.

• Option to keep the screen on during recording to prevent interruptions.

• The application requires microphone permissions for recording and a network connection for transcription, as the speech recognition runs on the server.

• Recordings are saved on your device; files are only sent to the server during transcription.

• Recognition results depend on speech clarity and ambient noise levels, so errors may occur and require your review.
