I purchased 3DVista and create a 360 VRT project sample for any mobile devices can view exactly what I created from the PC. Sadly this app not working perfectly and the app crashed few second after I opened the tour I made during my Quality Check phase. Device that I'm using is my Samsung S22 Ultra, and I also tested to other phones, the crashes still happens. Very disappointing.

When you publish the tour on your computer nd input the files manually in folder /3dvista. The moblie app recognises the tour by counting folders but fails to display anything at all. Yes, even by creating the 3dvista folder by yourself the problem persist. Its actually an unfinished application or a bugg has been planted deliberately.

Hello. I downloaded the app but unfortunately when I try to login it doesn't recognise all the keys on my keyboard e.g. Numbers and backspace. Therefore I can not actually login to my account. I have tried this on multiple phones and have encountered the same problem. Can anybody help? Thank you.
