About this app

The TeamSystem HR mobile app is the solution that transforms the relationship between companies and employees into a digital one. The service, made available by professionals to their clients' employees or by companies to their own employees, improves processes and communications between companies and employees, and streamlines the sharing of documents, including payslips, employee certificates, and other digital communication features, with the company.

The main functions available are:

- View salary trends and download or share payslips in readable PDF format.
- Search, view, download, or share CU (single certifications) in readable PDF format.
- View and edit your personal information (residence, domicile, marital status, etc.).
- View and add, edit, or delete your bank details for monthly salary payments.
- View your employment contract information (title, job title, level, applicable collective bargaining agreement, etc.).
- View outstanding company loans, salary assignments, garnishments, and membership dues.
- View outstanding vacation, leave, ROL, former holidays, and time bank.
- Request vacation and leave and check the status of related authorizations.
- Report illness to your company by sending the INPS report and medical certificate (employer copy).
- Request justifications for absences other than vacation and leave (e.g., leave for blood donation, leave for study, etc.). (Law 104 permits) and check the status of related authorizations.

- Communicate work attendance records, including geolocalized time stamps, on the go.
- Enter working hours on clients/jobs/activities on the go, with the option of automatically acquiring information from TAGs/NFC tags.

The app will only be available to users who receive an email invitation to use the service from their employer; individual features require activation by the professional or company.

Review Date: March 31st, 2026 Since the penultimate update the NFC tag reading process has been worsened (an extra button has to be tapped - why??) Since the latest update the app immediately crashes after opening it. nice... it kept getting worse, but it can't get any more worse now can it xD

Very nice and good working apps.i like it.

I am not understanding this app. I can access my account on-line but I can't login to the app as the same credentials are not valid. Nonsense and disappointment.
