Vircle is free to browse and free to receive messages. A subscription is what lets you reply. Classic Tier gives you unlimited messages and up to ten characters. Premium adds unlimited characters, a longer memory window for your conversations, and live web lookup for experts and assistants. You can cancel any time in Google Play.
