System only using 2 languages. Some features can't be used, when I clicked it's freezing. I wanted to delete my account too and it's freezing. (Edited) where can I contact the developer or the person in charge to ask more about it?

The game freezes, when I enter the game it is stuck on the same screen and I can't do anything. Please fix this problem I loved this game before this problem and it deserve five star but the bug don't let me play
