About this app

Ops Workspace is the employee self-service app for organisations running on
TechlyOps. It puts the everyday HR and operations tasks you would otherwise
do at a desk into your pocket.

IMPORTANT: Ops Workspace requires an account provided by your employer. You
cannot sign up inside the app. If your organisation does not use TechlyOps,
you will not be able to sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Leave
• See your balance for every leave type, including days taken and carried over
• Request leave, attach supporting documents and track approval
• View your leave history and cancel a request

Payslips and pay
• View payslips for any pay run
• Download a payslip as a PDF or have it emailed to you
• Check your year-to-date summary and tax certificate

Requests
• Raise a request for store items, expenses, a cash advance or a purchase
• Attach receipts and supporting documents
• Report a maintenance issue
• Track every request you have raised, edit a draft and resubmit or cancel

Approvals
• See what is waiting on your decision
• Approve, reject or return a request with a comment
• Delegate approvals when you are away

Attendance
• Review your monthly attendance summary
• Ask for a correction when a record is missing or wrong

Benefits
• See your total reward and the benefits you are enrolled in
• Apply for optional benefits your employer offers

Also included
• Company policies and announcements, with acknowledgement
• Your employee documents
• The company calendar
• HR requests for letters, corrections and other support
• Report a safety hazard, incident or near miss
• Push notifications when something needs your attention
• Barcode scanning for stock counts and store requests

Some features depend on what your employer has enabled, so you may not see
every section listed above.

BUILT FOR WORK

Your session is protected by your organisation's sign-in, and everything the
app sends travels over an encrypted connection. Sign-in details are held in
your device's secure keystore, and nothing is backed up off the device.
