The health timeline provides general information about quitting smoking. It does not measure your health or predict your individual recovery. The life-time display converts each avoided cigarette into five minutes; it is an in-app calculation, not a measure of life actually gained. This app does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or support from a healthcare professional.

Your quit-smoking records are stored on your device. The app contains ads. Watching a rewarded video can hide ads for 24 hours. Purchase and restore options for removing ads are also included.
