About this app

We Puebla! is an application for Android smartphones native technology aimed at citizens, in order to provide a direct communication channel with the local product using a simple, easy and free to be able to report any incidents in the city.

This application, for its characteristics, linked to the current trends of open government, citizen participation, transparency and municipal.

Open Government is a shift in government, a new way to govern and work from the municipal organization. Commitment to a city government open, transparent and accessible, which recognizes the wisdom of society and is able to connect the capabilities of organizations and citizens.

It is a model where the administration reportedly opened his knowledge, listening to the public, there conversation and search their collaboration, encouraging greater use of new technologies. Open Government is based on three principles: transparency, participation and collaboration.
