Easy to join and 2 floors of equipment and all personal trainers are actual Doctors with an BS degree! Plus personal trainers sessions alot cheaper than the big box gyms that care more on how much money they can make on you and pressure one to resign constantly

I've been using the central Florida YMCA facility and app for over 10 years. since the app is designed for technogym equipment and all our technogym equipment has been replaced with other brands, using the app for tracking is virtually useless. now with the latest update, it's even worse because I can't even manually add a set and have it tracked. there's literally only 1 piece of technogym equipment that I use that it will track. now I have to go back to writing a paper log.

There are always enough equipment to get your exercise done. Always clean. Super friendly staff at both locations in Titusville.
