Very good group and customer service, but I've had a problem with their system wanting to charge twice for tools, more than once which messed up me receiving my monthly tools. I paid for what I got, didn't get January or March tools cause the computer was messed up in my account. If I want tools for next month, I'm going to have to order them again. (I cancelled them from trying to charge me a 2nd time, so instead it cancelled my membership tools. I've been having such a hard time finding them.

This app is terrible it doesn't work right I keep getting an error message every time I open it that it's meant for an older version Android and to check for updates which I did in the Play Store and there aren't any it says the app hasn't been updated since 2018

I cam no longer search for older products when I need info, and I can't take anything out of the cart once it's added in. The app has changed, and not for the better. I am going to remove it all together.
