Fairly well designed app visually. It is very buggy though. Sometimes it just completely ignores touch. The camera is a little janky with no indication that I'm taking a picture of it then the number increasing in the corner. It also deletes the text I've inputted while it's uploading a photo under inspections. Even after the fact, I click save and it does not save. Mileage is very slow to be inputted as well.

Update: 5/7/25 I'm not sure how many shops have a service drive, but if you don't have one, then forcing us to create an RO by scanning a VIN or license plate doesn't make much sense to me. Techs and advisors work from the tech board, so in my opinion, implementing that should be a top priority. Advisors at our shop work from the appointment calendar as well, which is not available. P.S. image editing appears to have broken with the new update.

If i could put 0 stars, I would. I was hoping for a version that works well with my phone. Unfortunately, this is only for filling out inspections, and even then, it is marginally useful for that because it is confusing and buggy when trying to upload photos. Sometimes the inspections don't save and sometimes the upload option doesn't appear. It needs to be fully implemented, like the website version.
