I placed an order thinking I would get a 50% discount as advertised on the app. However, when the driver arrived, the price was back to the full amount. No explanation, no adjustment. I reached out to customer service, and they were completely unprofessional—unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge the problem. to make things worse, my order arrived incomplete. It was missing drinks and fries, and when I reported it, they didn’t offer to send them.

I ordered using this app for the first time and they messed up my order so bad that I couldn't even enjoy my food. No drink, the instructions you write aren't followed, ingredients and allergens requested to be removed aren't taken into considerations, unprofessional drivers, very bad service, and when I texted support about the inconvenience they did not do anything about it and I had to pay the entire bill although I had to throw away everything. Very bad app definitely do not recommend.

Very bad experience , orders takes 3 hours to arrive from the nearest store , customer support takes 2h to respond on every message , i ordered at 11AM the order arrived at 3PM , customor support lies to me by telling me the driver picked your order , i called the store after 30 min and the driver didnt arrive . and to be the worth experience for sure : i tried to delete my account , i cant an error message show up : "something went wrong try again later" .
