The samwin Mobile Agent allows agent users to connect to samwin using their Android mobile device.
This app offers all the key features known from Desktop-class samwin Agents:
* Skill Management - log on to and off from Skills
* Call Handling - place a call on hold, park or re-queue a call
* Softphone Support - place and receive calls through WiFi or mobile data
* Full Directory Access - including presence and appointments
* Call Wait List & Call History - shows waiting and past calls
In areas with poor internet connection an ACD Extension, set up as non-controlled physical phone using the mobile device's phone number, can be used instead of a Softphone ACD Extension. This allows the user to handle samwin calls as regular phone calls even with minimal cell coverage.

Mobile Agent 1.3.0 includes several bug fixes and improvements and brings the following new features:
- Dialpad support
Call any number by opening the dialpad from the “Calls” screen.
- Entra ID Login
Log in with your Microsoft account on samwin systems configured for Entra ID.
Note: this requires Web Agent version 2.6.3 or newer.
