ituSalud is a solution to manage your health.

Designed to be used in medical treatments as a communication channel between the user (app) and the team of healthcare professionals who take care of it (web). However, the user can also use it independently, or in conjunction with friends or family who care for their health.

Through ituSalud, the user receives, directly on their mobile phones, the guidelines to follow in their treatment (medication, tasks or controls to be performed), as well as the modifications that their doctors consider appropriate over time.

Also, periodically, the user provides information on how he is complying with his treatment (taking medication, performing tasks, weight management, exercise performed, etc.), what impact this has on his state and evolution (vital signs, symptoms , etc.) and, if applicable, what measures you have taken on your own (access to health centers, changes in your medication, etc.).

For their part, through ituSalud, the doctors who treat them, or their own family members, can, from a control panel accessible via the web, continuously monitor, in real time, how the user is complying with their treatment and how you are reacting, and bringing forward and customizing the necessary changes.
