I used Tello about eight months ago. It runs on the T-Mobile network. Super fast 5G speeds! Switched to Spectrum because of an internet bundle which runs on the Verizon network. Speeds and signal strength were much lower. Have switched back. App is simple but works! Also allows Wi-Fi calling. Very pleased, highly recommend!

This is a review for the app only. I have no problem with the service/support for my very basic plan with no data. I wish the app had options for fingerprint login, user ID w/password, widgets, dark theme, authenticator options. Still a very basic app. Ok for checking minute usage and data if you have limited data plan.

There's No m In Sandwich
It's been almost a week. Service seems as described. Not updating data balance, it's the same as the 2nd day of use. No way to refresh it. Interface is dinosaur days, bare bones. I suppose if the lack of investment their keeps the price of the plans down then it's worth it. but it really is ugly and for what we use today it looks unfamiliar it looks like you're looking at a 1990s web page. 4 not 5 stars because I can't keep track of how much data I'm using due to data balance not refreshing.
