I can't use my Card to pay in Vending machines, withdraw money From AtM, pay thru shop.. and the customer service can do is ask how it happens and don't even try to resolve.

Monox app is very convenient to send money home. I'm a monox user since long time, but recently there is a issue with my monox app and it's been 15 days now. i tried to contact with monox through WhatsApp first they said they will resolve my problem but still not resolved. and now i tried to contact the customer care through call and the lady was very rude, I have sent them my details two times and now after 2 weeks she ask me to send it again. very disappointed with the customer service. 👎👎

Bad customer service and they don't know nothing about help customers they only need to open account and after they dont care . Very disappointed 😡
