terrible. In the lease it says you can pay by cash, money order or bank. if you use your debit card, they charge you $17 on a $750 a month lease each time. you can never get a hold of your landlords through the app. the maintenance requests are terrible and the only good thing is you have documentation when you paid.

I really want to give this a five-star review but the app unnecessarily and unfairly charges you a service fee and a processing fee to pay rent or anything using the app if you're lucky it is as low as $20 but a lot of the time it is closer to 40 or as high as $60 for using the app to pay for anything. I don't understand why it's so high or why the service fee or processing fee even exists in the first place All I know it is very painful to use this app.
