it's not showing any record of the previous payments, just the general amount of what is due or overdue. When I filter invoices it shows nothing. The previous app, TenantCloud Pro, we used had a much more comprehensive history of prior payments and was easier to navigate.

Hi Brandon, TenantCloud Pro is intended for landlords. The Tenant app also provides a detailed payment and transaction history. If you're missing accounting history, it may be because your landlord hasn't shared the lease, or there's a login/connection issue. I like the convenience of the app to pay my rent but the fees are a little too much unless you can connect your bank which I can't because I have cashapp. Smh.

It won't go past the screen that asks if I have a landlord. It does not let me access the DASHBOARD!!! I cannot do anything like: pay rent, check rent, make a request for service. It is frozen on that first screen.
