One of the worst service ever. No real human support, application keeps getting missing info on error.

as a senior this application is to difficult. as you are filling it out at the bottom of the page will say finished. then you find out there's more to it on other pages. it should say this part is finished. go to the next. I am not the only one having this problem. I think this should be addressed. Thank you
