The App is user-friendly and seamless. It doesn't waste time at all in terms of transaction. I recommend it for people. The only left is to improve on the cash back aspect. every cash back should be stored, so it can be used next time when purchasing something.

very smart and simple 🤝🏻.... but what I noticed is that it doesn't provide the customer names just like every other bank do. please it should be added, the name help to be sure of whomever you are sending money to. very important.

Very disappointing experience. My account was restricted after receiving funds, and I was unable to access my money. My KYC submissions were rejected multiple times, and the review process took much longer than expected. Communication was slow, and I had to send several emails before getting clear explanations. Having over ₦700,000 inaccessible caused significant inconvenience and stress. I hope TENN improves its KYC verification process and customer support response time so that other customers
