Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!

It has been two days that I am trying to verify my credentials... I take photos time and again and the system says photos are too "Blurry" for them to be valid, and MY GOD I have done it so many times, so many of my photos are CRYSTAL clear. On Monday I have a business trip and my employer can't send me money because of this. I am so frustrated! And nowhere in the app I get a chance to simply upload a scanned image of my Verification details!! I had high expectations for this app, sadly not met!

It's now been months and no word on my application; assuming it has been declined, but no courtesy notification of this. I am a UK citizen in the UK, so not sure what the issue is. The application process is ambiguous and doesn't appear to work properly. No customer support.
