Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!

Decided on 25th Feb to start charging users of free accounts £10 a month. Didn't use push notifications to announce it but buried it in email. You can mitigate your loss by upgrading your account for a one month free trial, getting a pro-rata refund on your account fee, sending it elsewhere, downloadimg your statements and closing your business accounts.

Very Bad customer service! I am having issues with logging into my account. After more than 10 attempts using different identifications (Driving licence and Passport) I still get an error message. I contacted customer service email more than 5 times and they keep repeating the same stuff. Delete cache, reinstall etc. Nothing seems to work and I am extremely worried I won't have access to my money. Will definitely leave this bank! Avoid this company as it will cause you far too much stress!
