As a league, the Tennis League Network has been the best environment I have found for any public sports league (basketball, softball, soccer, tennis, etc.). And the app is a great resource for the league, it's really fun to get the live standings alerts and see how your new friends/opponents are faring against one another. The list of local courts and coaching contacts are super valuable as well!

Amazing platform to meet and play against different set of players. The season is league based and you get a chance to schedule matches against your desired opponents multiple times followed by a very systematic playoffs. The Android App is very user-friendly where you can find your potential opponents, coordinate with them and enter the scores.

I can't recommend the East Bay Tennis League highly enough -- it was pretty much the saving grace of the pandemic for me. Cheap, easy way to get matches with players matched to your level (algorithms do a good job of sorting, and admin is also always ready to help out in a human way)... and while the competition's good, people are nice and chill. As for the app itself, while it is largely no-frills, I find it really impressive (esp. for such a homegrown league) and very useful. I'm a big fan.
