Dear, When you buy something in a store, you get it right away, on your account. Not in 5, 6 hours. So I was injured. When someone pays for something and someone is late with the item, the customer is charged a penalty - that's why I asked for compensation. Such are the laws and rules. If I had known that I would get the pro license later, I wouldn't have bought it at all. Here it was about misleading the buyer. You don't have these laws in Poland? They might have them on Google.....
