Complementary Android application for Tentaq's service management solution. The application assists your team in the real-time management of services both internally and with customers. Here is a description of the main functions:

• Simple and user-friendly user interface allowing automatic follow-up of the various stages of a service request;
• The Tentaq solution allows the simultaneous use of several multitasking and multi-user consoles, adaptable to the various time zones of customers;
• Interface for monitoring operations and real-time geolocation of service offices, employees and customers;
• Full autonomy of the application during off-grid use and
synchronization as needed;
• Secure access via authentication to the central server and based on user permissions;
• Management of service requests according to equipment and according to associated maintenance agreements via logical groups of equipment;
• Bidirectional management of notifications to intervention groups and automated monitoring of intervention times and functional and management escalations according to the ITIL model;
• Autonomous mobile interface that automatically registers arrivals and departures from the workplace as well as a manual mode for recording the start and end of work;
