When I open the app, there's a message on the screen that says "This version of the app is out-of-date. Please update the app to continue" with "Update" in blue to continue. When I click on it, it takes me to the TEP Play Store app with an option to UNINSTALL or OPEN, no update option. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it to no avail. There is no indication that my phone is not compatible with the app. So, as of now, this app sucks.

The app is fine. TEP's payment policy and options are stuck in the 1900's. They are the only utility provider that I utilize that requires a bank account and routing number for auto payments, and the only one that routes you through a 3rd party to make payments via credit/debit for an additional fee. TEP is in dire need of some updates with their payment policy and options. It's time to join the rest of us in 2023.

The app worked fine until around August, both Fingerprint and Pin authentication methods broke, and the password field doesn't allow pasting so I can't fill it with my password manager, requiring me to manually type out my password every single time I log in. According to the other reviews, others are having this same problem. It's making me want to put an unsecure, easy to type password, because of how terrible logging in is now. All these things used to work, why make your app less secure?
