I love the app ans I love the food, the only gripe I have with the app itself is it's constant crashing right after I put my order in to go pick up. I can't re-enter the app after putting in the order as it keeps crashing, forcing me to uninstall to reinstall just so I can use it again. Otherwise it's still my favorite place to go eat, hope I can get some support for this issue.

I love the app itself. Usually easy to use and makes ordering easy. Today, I starred receiving constant pop-ups to "press and hold" to prove I'm a human. Despite doing it every time, the app errors and requires me to fully close it to try again. This happened while attempting to order and this annoying inconvenience removed the 20% discount promotion from my cart somehow. As there is no way to cancel an order, I missed out on the discount promotion entirely this time.

It's great when it works, but I opened it the other day and it kept refusing to connect to the internet. Nothing else on my phone had that problem, just this app. Been trying it ever since, with wifi, on data, moving around town, whatever. Nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this several times now and every time it freezes on the opening screen where it says "bringing up your account." Can't redeem my birthday dinner. Thanks.
