am experiencing a difficult with be recognised as the app is not even opening, if you try opening it it shows an error message that the app is not working. i dont know how best you can.rectify it as l want to redeem my points.

have to use verification codes via Email EVERYTIME I want to go on the app. should keep me logged in. given that this is a workplace based app, it seems ridiculous to require access to work emails at all times that I want to view anything.

log in to be recognised ok but after that re-requests log on for store iq and says incorrect! if try reset no reset link ever comes through, also can't access discount card as nothing there when flips.
