log in to be recognised ok but after that re-requests log on for store iq and says incorrect! if try reset no reset link ever comes through, also can't access discount card as nothing there when flips.

does not log in, keeps going back to the same screen. even when request to reset password and also help link takes you back to sign in screen

am experiencing a difficult with be recognised as the app is not even opening, if you try opening it it shows an error message that the app is not working. i dont know how best you can.rectify it as l want to redeem my points.
