Awesome premise, but this app is functionally garbage. I get a 50% chance of the app actually opening. Almost daily de-sync of my device. Only logs journal entries about 2 out 7 days of the week. One day I woke up with 9700 steps, and it refused to update whether I had more or less than that number. Not to mention the convoluted UI and how much digging you have to do to get to any useful information like my own stats or team information. This app is buns.

Not a very advanced app. I have to scropl through all the company teams and find my team name. It does not highlight the team i am a member of, which would make it easier to find. I cannot flag peers teams to save for me to easily find them. i see them on the website, but not app. The total number of steps is terrible. I think it only shows weekly totals, so many, many people in my company are posting about their steps not adding up. The app doesnt allow me to change the date range like the web.

Why did you remove Google Fit as an option? I finally figured out how to get it to sync and it worked for me. I switched to Garmin, thinking it would record more data but only steps? Really? Then there's the limit of only being able to sync back for 2 weeks which makes it worse if we don't log onto the app to verify that it's actually syncing. Recommending to log in every few days is not it. Fix it, please. Health Connect only syncs steps, not everything else like a Google Fit was able to do.

Hello! We’ve improved syncing with Android products. You’ll now use the “Health Connect” app from the Android app store. Once downloaded, you can reconnect your device to that app, which will allow it to sync with Be Well. We still recommend logging into the app every 2-3 days. Please reach out to wellness@be-engaged.co if problems persist. Thanks!
