Ratings and reviews

Good quality calls and good rates but your credit expires after 180 days. If you make infrequent calls like myself it's not worth it. I paid for it so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to use my credit when I see fit. Switched to Yolla which is just 1p more per min and doesn't seem to have expiring credit

I attempted to buy credit, but I didn't receive it on the app. I tried again and received the credit, but I was charged for both transactions. Because I was never sent a confirmation email from the app, I couldn't dispute the redundant charge. Worst of all, every attempt to make my international phone call failed. Do not use this app.

The new app design is extremely unhelpful – it seems to have lost the function which shows you how much past calls cost (where's the transaction history tab?) and the value of my remaining amount of credit converted into minutes (according to which country/method I want to use).
