Does what it says on the tin. App layout clear with no frills. Cheap call rates and free text for where I need it. When you dial a number, it tells you what the rate is, or you can look it up before on the list available in the app. Easy to top up. Unlike many other products, I appreciate that credit is available for 6 months, and if you top up with fresh credit, old credit is 'updated' for another 6 months, so you don't lose old credit.

Have been using this as alternative to Lyca. It's been pretty good as I don't need to have dual SIM nor a secondary phone to call outside the UK. The is one frustrating problem though. The audio quality seems to drop drastically on international calls for some reason, even when connected to a strong WiFi signal. I need to literally shout down the phone to be heard. Any ideas why this is the case as this does not happen with any other VoIP services I've used.

If you want to use the app for calls via WiFi only, as I did, think twice before installing it. Unfortunately it didn't work and my topup credit was wasted and expired, because I was not able to use it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping it would solve the issue but no luck. In each call, which I tried to make, call receiver hardly could hear me saying I sounded distant, it was so frustrating. Contacted customer service and they asked me to top up my payg card. Won't use it again.
