call is fine but recent call list is always empty never works atleast in the old version we can choose favorite contacts and this is missing, every time need to search befkre call frustrating, why remove features why

Constant issues. Showing connection but no sound and changing you 100%. You paying for nothing. Customer service never knows what you are talking about their "system" is not showing anything wrong. When you restart app and or reinstall app and you finally connected after few minutes you are disconnected again and again. Useless. After few reinstaling of the app you cannot register your phone anymore and you loosing all your credit. To get it back you go back to useless customer service...

Terrible! I've tried to top up with my credit card several times. The app is so buggy. It had trouble saving my initial details like name and club card details. Then after I inputted that several times, I could finally add credit card payment details. Then after passing that frustrating hurdle, at payment details it errored another 4 times. So I've still not been able to top up! I give up!
