Managing your stock has never been easier, with TevStock. This application extracts all core features from the original and intuitive Stock Management module within the Tevalis Enterprise Suite.

Created to ensure operators are able to manage their FnB stock or miscellaneous assets on site, efficiently and effectively, at the touch of a button.

What to expect?
• Able to complete all outstanding purchase orders.
• Create and complete stock transfers/requests between sites and/or locations.
• Perform full stocktakes with the ability to save part way for completion later if required.
• Perform line checks which returns the results of stock level differences between expected and actual count. Here, users can make use of the barcode scanning functionality for maximised efficiency.
• For multi-site users, the option to switch between sites is also available.
• *Please note: A network connection is required to perform these functions.

What’s new

New setting side menu option for excluding non-movable items from view in pending stocktakes.

Submitting pending stocktakes for approval will now send a call to save counts before the submission.
