I have paid for the subscription and it is not working at all, it shows the contact added online all the time. Unless. I need my money back or fix issues. Waste of time. No body is responding for the support contact it's been more than a week since I have paid for the subscription

No difference to the previous app (WhatsSeen), but they increased the prices of the subscription plans. 1 profile 1 month was 6,99€ in WhatsSeen app, now it's 9,99€ in WatchSeen app!!! That's rude! Can you please explain this price increase??
