Q: I have downloaded the app but don’t see any deals?
A: You have to be on a retailer list to receive their deals. Either you are not on a retailers list or the retailer just has not sent a deal out yet. If you are on a retailers list then you will receive a deal next time they send one out. If you have downloaded this app randomly through the App store, unfortunately you probably won’t see any use for this app but you can reach out to us directly through the app if you know a retailer to be added to.

Q: How come I can’t search for other retailers in my area to join their deals?
A: As of right now this is not available as our retailers do not want to share their subscribers with other retailers but you can always reach out to us direct through the App to be added to other retailers in your area.

Q: I never received the OTP code to register?
A: We send the OTP codes through a short code (5/6 Digit Number) provided by Google. This problem usually occurs on T-Mobile phones as you might be Opted-Out of being able to receive any messages from a short code. You can reach out to us direct at [e-mail] and we can assist you with this matter directly, but you can also call your cell phone provider and ask them to make sure you are able to receive messages from short codes.

Q: The OTP code is not working when I register?
A: This usually happens when you have a bad internet connection or poor cell service as it’s trying to verify your information but not being able to. If this problem does persists, please reach us direct at [e-mail] and we will be more than happy to help you with this issue directly.

Q: How do I get added to more retailers lists to receive their deals?
A: Just ask! You can reach us direct through the App and ask to be added to more retailers in your area.

What a mess! This used to be a decent app. The "new & improved" version is basically useless. Why can't techies just leave stuff alone! I've installed and Uninstalled repeatedly - to no avail. It's absolutely unusable now. Way to go guys. Stellar job!

Never installed and keep getting texts to my phone to install...what is this scam bait I installed just to leave a review asking why am I being text into this every damn day Edit: I see that one of my local dispensaries are using this app for sending daily deals. Would've been nice to know more information through text lol changed rating from one to five

I keep getting the following SMS spam from different numbers that point me to this app: DOG Call/Text [redacted] Download App in the link below to receive todays deals! tddapp.tv/[redacted] Thank you! X to Cancel - I don't know how they got my number or whether whomever is just texting random numbers but it is very annoying.
