The app has all functionality it needs. I think the location is bad because of the watch or cloud software (whichever is used to compute the location from LBS and GPS data). The coordinates showed by the app are ok versus the map but they are badly computed resulting in the wrong location reported (sometimes it is 500 meters off, but usually it is wrong by a few kilometers, even with the gps location)
Not bad The gps location is slightly off. But that's understandable because of satellite positions. The only real problem I have is that the health tab keeps on disappearing from the menu and I don't always get the notifications when the watch has been removed or battery running low, only when you enter the app you receive 40 plus notifications. This app should be running in the background. The developers need to look at a serious update to resolve all these issues. ASAP. Some feedback would also be appreciated.
Location not right This app is quite good & location is located nearby within 1 kilometer but after update location not correct. Every far away, sometimes pointed at the river. Please solve this problem
does anyone know how to remove device from account or delete account? I am unable to use my child's watch because it was connected to a wrong account
My account wS set up and it worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden I keep on getting account error and are unable to log in. How do I reset account?
The gps function does not pin point the location of the child nor is it even close to the location. The instructions are not very clear or easy to understand. The call function works fine though.
