Ratings and reviews

The error message ,"please connect to the internet..." prevents me from signing in with my institutional login when I'm using the same internet connection to post this review. Maybe fairy magic is the key. Please post a fix to this.

Poor customer support. They don't even bother to reply to emails. But the App itself very useful.

Find someone to code it better. This is an app that contains no image it doesn't need 2 minute to run a search or open a tab
