Choose your perfect connection by bus 🚍, train 🚆 or ferry ⛴️ – including the hvv ticket. For regular journeys in Hamburg and across Germany, the hvv Deutschlandticket as well as the hvv Deutschlandticket for senior citizens 67+ living in Hamburg are available directly in the app 🎫.

With just a few clicks, you can buy the hvv Deutschlandticket or the hvv Deutschlandticket for senior citizens 67+ living in Hamburg in the app and start your trip straight away. Use local public transport throughout Germany, including regional trains RB/RE. If you live in Hamburg, you only pay for the days you have the ticket in the 1st month.

Never seen anything like this. 3 payment options. Adding a credit or debit card doesn't work, no error message nothing. SEPA uses a service provider that asks for my online banking login details. Buying at the ticket machines doesn't work because you can't pay contactless with your phone. Had to buy an AB ticket at the counter. Hilarious if it wouldn't be so sad.

App itself works well. But customer support is non-existent. hvvSwitch reset all accounts on August 14th, claiming they notified by email but I never received. Tried to reset my password but I never received the PW reset email. Tried this 3 times. Tried to contact support 3 times but no response since August 30th. I still get charged for tickets with no account access. Would recommend a different app and company to manage your transport tickets due to highly poor customer support.

Does not accept none German cards. says it is not safe. Have tried Swedish debit, Swedish credit, digital cards etc. none have been accepted. So simply not usable for visitors. Have to go to machines and purchase paper tickets like in prehistoric times.
