Invasive and uncalled for. Half these question have nothing to do with the Dr that I'm seeing. they're invasive and they should NOT be asked, especially over an ap that they are going to share my information. I was forced to do this or I would lose my dr. It is VERY uncalled for. Also just like everyone else couldn't get signed in and had to call you customer service, wich was also an inconvenience.

Have tried to download this app eight times and it will not even appear on my phone, won't take username won't take password and I have to have this on my phone!

Awful app! Could NOT click on diagrams to rate body part pain. it's a pain in the arse to use this worthless app. PAIN Docs need to learn how to TALK to and LISTEN to patients suffering in great pain instead of relying on cookbook BS app questions. And, 1/2 these questions have ZERO to do with PAIN! " Uncle" is minding biz NOT their place to mind. Once again. Takes forever to complete this BS. Ppl suffering got >than click click. apps. With a 10 min OV w/ a PAIN MD, I could have been In/out!
