Ratings and reviews

Application very difficult and cumbersome to use, they give you points and vouchers when you stay at their property but they do not allow you to use them?!!! I never been able to use the vouchers and points, they are just their to look at and then expire ... wasting much time trying to use them ... very bad application.

Very poor user experience. App aesthetic is alright but the database management is probably dogwater. Able to locate booking, but when selected, it would just lead to "Oops! Something went wrong! Try again later!" There's no prompt or indication of what actually went wrong. Remarks are ambiguous and not informative and might as well not have anything at all. I was only forced to use the app because I wanted an extra pair of keys. Fault probably lies with Ascott and not the developers ngl

I like what they're trying to do, it saved maybe a few minutes in check in. Using your phone to get into the hotel is alright, but the app is really glitchy, freezes a lot so then I'm stuck standing outside the room waiting for it to work. It's just not very practical. Surely giving me a plastic key card would've worked better. And you can't check messages on there, they don't load. Even the website wouldn't let me click sign in either.
