There is no hotels for this destination "8491" Sucks! I thing this recent update will be the answer for previous error. But there is no improvement at all. Always error after you pick available shortlisted hotels. And BTW I am the AccorPlus Member.
More Update More Useless I've been using your apps for many years. But since 2016 your apps was useless since it always says no rooms available and today I got '8535' error. However, you would be able to book the room from browser and other booking sites. Incredibly useless!
Painful Every time the app updates you have to log back in, update your preferences change currency etc stop it !
Constantly forgets my log-in details So frustrating, I want to put my log-in details in and be able to open the app any time and it knows who I am! And no better than Accor's main web site too.
What has happened recently... The app worked well for simple queries and checking account details until recently (since an update?). I now get the same two hotels every time I search the same location -irrespective of the dates selected - even though the website shows greater availability - it works properly for a while if I reinstall it but that is no solution...!
