it is actually impressive how frustrating this app is, for being such a simple CRUD wrapper. Forces you to log in every single time you open it. Once you log in, often fails to retrieve your tickets. No auto complete for payment details. In all cases it is a worse experience than using the webpage in chrome. No idea why it even exists. Such a waste of money for the company.

The app doesn't display my current rewards or past movies purchases, and my rewards point have never changed from 10 even though this is the theater I go to the most. Love the movie theater, but the app is wonky.

Getting a refund is annoying and much easier on the harkins app. Tempe location needs to turn down the AC! No one wants to be sweating when watching a movie. I miss the old Tuesday night movie parties also.
