The Care Royal connects families who need care with the people who provide it, and gives care agencies the software to run their day. Families search and hire directly. Caregivers find work directly. We take no commission and never hold your money.

You do not need an account to look around. Search caregivers near you and browse open care jobs before you sign up.

FOR FAMILIES
Search caregivers by zip code, distance, service, rate, availability and language. Read what each person says about their own experience and what they charge. Message them in the app, agree the days and hours between you, and keep every visit on one shared calendar. Or post what you need and caregivers in your area apply to you. Posting is free.

FOR CAREGIVERS
Publish a profile that families searching your zip codes can find. Browse open jobs near you and apply in a few taps. Agree hours inside the conversation you are already having, clock in and out, and keep a running record of the hours you worked and what you were paid - an income record you can print when somebody asks for one. Joining and applying are free, always.

FOR CARE AGENCIES
Run the agency from the same app: scheduling and shift assignment, staff and client records, hiring, document signing and payroll calculations, synced across phone, tablet and desktop. Agencies connect their own payment and payroll accounts, so the platform never holds agency funds.
