Don't even use this app, their service is very bad. If there is a problem with an order, contact their service, but there is no response from them. And even when they do fine, it is not known. They also impose unnecessary fines.

Very bad service especially with the dilevery men , the staff are very bad they don't communicate well at all they have very bad tone of communication ، and they lie alot الإصطاف سيئون جداً ولا يتواصلون بشكل جيد ،ويكذبون كثيراً جداً لا يستحقون العمل في مؤسسة كبيرة كهذه ولو أتيحت لي الفرصة سأكتب تعليقات أكثر وأكثر

the chefz is a useless app that is for riders. If someone finds a problem with it, its staff has been reduced to such an extent that they don't work on it. I also came with an order. It's been almost an hour. I'm logging in and restarting it. Nothing is happening. Why is this happening? Why are you humiliating the rider?
