Ratings and reviews

Such a hit and miss, even when orders are accepted, it is not guaranteed you receive the order. sometimes you receive part of the order only but paid for the full order already, and then you need to follow to get ur money back. It is rather stressful...

I really like the pickup option in this app. However, a major problem is that after I pay for the order and then the restaurant accepts it, there's no way to show the restaurant that payment has been completed. Even from the restaurant's side, it doesn't show. Please update the app to show the payment status of the pickup orders to avoid confusion. I know orders get cancelled if payment isn't completed, but the restaurants don't know about that

Terrible App that doesn't work at all. It is absolutely impossible to make an order. I have been trying for 2 weeks. It crashes everytime I am placing an order. I spoke to.customer service and left several notes and the last thing they sent me is use an Apple device it will work there!!! Worst app ever. Should get zero stars.
