The Covenant Tracker helps you break the habit using the framework made famous by the book Atomic Habits: make it invisible, make it difficult, make it unsatisfying — and make the new habit satisfying.

🌱 A TREE THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Every clean day grows your Covenant Tree through 8 stages, from Seed to Great Oak. Check in once a day with one honest answer. Milestone celebrations at days 1, 7, 14, 30, 60 and 100 make staying clean feel like winning — and if you slip, your tree is still there tomorrow. No shame, just structure.

🛡️ BLOCK ADULT CONTENT — DEVICE-WIDE (optional)
Turn on one toggle and explicit websites are filtered in every browser and app on your device. Turning protection off requires a 5-minute cooldown — most urges don't survive it.
How it works: this feature runs a local VPN via VpnService on your device that routes DNS lookups through a family-safe filtering service that blocks adult and malware websites. Your traffic never passes through our servers, a persistent "VPN active" notification is shown while it runs, and we never log, store, or sell your browsing history or DNS queries.

📵 BLOCK SHORT-FORM FEEDS (optional, Android)
Most relapses start with "harmless" scrolling. Block YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels — while regular YouTube videos, your Instagram feed, and DMs keep working.
How it works: this optional feature uses the Android Accessibility service, only after you read an in-app disclosure and enable it in Settings. It is technically restricted to the YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok apps, analyzes screen content on-device only to detect short-form feeds, and never records, stores, or transmits what's on your screen.

📜 SELF-CONTRACT (optional)
Give a slip a real cost: choose a consequence in advance — a workout, a cold shower — and commit to it on lapse days. Accountability with teeth, entirely under your control.

One honest answer a day plus how you're feeling. Streaks, reminders, auto check-in, and offline support included.
