About this app

Roto Meter is an attempt to capture and visualise the passage of a year on a single dial. Inspired by measuring instruments and rotational meters, the watch face layers multiple cycles of time into one cohesive motion system. The central hands display the hours and minutes in a familiar analog form, while the outer scales track longer cycles of time beyond the day. A sweeping indicator marks the progression of days and weeks within a month, while the lower arc visualises the journey through the months of the year.
