Very professional. They have a great process making sure all play nice. Private room for each fur baby. My favorite feature was being able to watch camera on phone, and see my Bella at play, or just laying in the sun, while we were gone. I could watch while little fur babies lined up for some holding and hugging. i watched on camera. Another thing, they will give them a bath before you pick up.
