everytime I add my stamps to a collection and put hours of hard work in the app flaws the next time you try to look at your collection it wont allow you to it just takes you out the app like you hit the x button I tried doing it again and same thing happened I paid 20 dollars for nothing dont put your money on this app waist of time

I downloaded the app for the free 3 day Premium access. I only have a few stamps that I want to appraise, so thought this would be great. For each of the first 5 scans I ATTEMPTED, the app told me that the identifier was overloaded and to try again later. Its 1 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they want me to believe that there are SO MANY enthusiasts checking the value of their stamps that the freaking system is overloaded?? What is their "system"...one older gentleman with a magnifying glass???

I am within a 3 day free trial period. I do not want to pay anything related to the Stamp identifier and will fight any charge. The app got the first stamp wrong (wrong profile identified on stamp). The next try the app. was out of service No info. to contact The App Dude to say I don't want the service Larry P
