The app is well-designed and looks good, but the system does have occasional errors that really cause trouble for me, especially when I'm using the app for commuting. Sometimes, the app tries to charge me twice. Sometimes, I get passed over in the queue. It's a very reliable, but inefficient system. I like to say: "I'll either wait 5 minutes for Circuit, or 50 minutes. Nothing in between." So, if you decide to use it, plan ahead and have a backup.

The app is a great asset when it works. If I speak honestly, I am not happy with the tracking on the app. It will randomly "cancel" your rides, but not actually cancelling it, just putting you back on the home page as if you did not request a ride. The tracking of time is the problem. It will say you are next, then you are not, and then the app (not driver) cancels the ride. If they could fix the bugs it would be great. Otherwise I recommend this app.

First time in Ft Lauderdale and we are truly loving this service. It has saved us so much on rideshare costs while visiting, its quick, convenient and fun! 10/10 highly recommend! We even received lots of advice and recommendations from drivers on activities and fantastic places to eat! Don't forget to tip!! I wish we had a similar service in other major cities. **Also, if you have a day to explore the city, I recommend a day on the water taxi.
