Ratings and reviews

The app is a great asset when it works. If I speak honestly, I am not happy with the tracking on the app. It will randomly "cancel" your rides, but not actually cancelling it, just putting you back on the home page as if you did not request a ride. The tracking of time is the problem. It will say you are next, then you are not, and then the app (not driver) cancels the ride. If they could fix the bugs it would be great. Otherwise I recommend this app.

The app itself could use some improvements for sure. Don't expect super accurate ETAs. However, the service is really great, especially given the fact that in most locations it's free! Drivers are professional and friendly, and the little golf carts are in good shape. I would absolutely recommend for short distances!

Great service and friendly drivers, but the app is very unreliable (and drivers tell me they all know the software doesn't work right). Too many instances of the bus that was supposed to take 20 minutes longer to reach me beating the Circuit vehicle. "4 minutes away" often turns out to be much longer, so i end up taking the bus that has arrived and cancel the circuit ride that still hasn't. Bird in the hand. Today's "4 minutes away" hadn't arrIved after 18, and was still "4 minutes away".
