Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't let me do anything! The only option I get is "Employee Benefits". When I click it, I'm taken to a page to "Begin A Claim" or look for forms. I have no access to my policies or digital ID cards. Update - After receiving customer service assistance, I was able to link my account to the app. I changed my rating but still feel that the app isn't as modern or user friendly as other apps. Thank you.

I got an email saying to install this and that way I could have my digital insurance cards on my phone. but when you open this app on the home page, there's no shortcut to your digital cards. then if you go to manage Auto policies, I still don't see where I can actually see the digital cards. they should be right on the homepage. because when you need them you don't want to be fumbling around looking inside the app.

I was trying to make a payment on my account through the mobile app, I got to the end of the whole thing and got an error message that something went wrong on there end, I am not impressed.
