I had high hopes. I love my doctor but the app works less than half the time when I'm there. It could be more like the Supercuts/Great Clips apps that let you sign in from afar and see waiting times for each provider/clinic and adjust your expectations before arrival. My body freezes up if I'm sitting for more than 30 minutes on those stiff waiting room chairs making for a rough adjustment. I do like the ability to see account info but I tried requesting the records and nothing happened.

a few additions could make it great: how many doctors are at the location (live), and how many people are currently checked in at the location. you don't even need to give an expected wait time - just knowing Dr count and check-in count is perfect to inform customers to make decisions. as of now the app has limited utility, but informing customer decisions will help the customers AND the business from being swamped and then empty.

It is nice to be able to see which doctor is working and what office they are at. Sometimes Doctors work at more than one location. I really appreciate being able to check in on my phone as compared to the scan tags. It is one less thing to carry as I usually have my phone anyway. It is also much quicker than the scan tag. I hope they add approximate wait times, that would be clutch.

In this update, we’ve upgraded some of the underlying technology our app runs on. While you won’t see major visual changes, this update helps make the app more stable and reliable. Some behind-the-scenes bugs have been fixed to improve overall performance and ensure a smoother experience.
