want to give zero, if not negative. what d hell is wrong with you guys. 1st the app doesn't open. the website doesn't work. I have ordered a few items on the app. while ordering and while payment,the app was superfast. after its not opening only. i thought enough of this nonsense and to cancel the order. for that also not opening. i thought I'll atleast talk to customer care. that also is worst. phone no., chat nothing works. d worst experience ever.sent you a mail. I'm not sure if it even works

Horrible app... hv been using this app and the products since years, but now the app doesn't open at all.. paid amount too for few products, after that it doesn't open, and the customer care no.is not working, mail also is not replied... just want to know if this also has become a fraud or scam.... let me know if we can still wait or hv some positive hope..

I was regular customer of momsco. But now I am very upset. They are not properly sending items mentioned. If you are raising complaints they are not acknowledging it, neither doing exchange nor refund. I have cancelled one order also before shipping, refund is taking more time, still not refunded. When you are buying something the full n final amount shown in app is different and when you go to pay in UPI it is different. They are looting now.i am very upset. I am under 500 loss now
